We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Silk Sleep Mask
- Satin Sleep Cap
- Pajama Shorts
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in processing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
EU Customers
EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
